Room 9 - Lotus
On the third level of the house shared only with two other housemates, Lotus (Room 9) is a 19m2 cozy and comfortable room with exposed wooden beams, two large skylights allowing, with one over the bed and the other over a proper desk for plenty of light, a mix of parquet floors and carpet, private bathroom with shower, an armchair and ample storage with a wardrobe, 2 bookshelves and plenty of cupboard space. It comes with a high powered fan for warmer days and a much appreciated nice separated working space for working, studying or reading a book.
In Lotus you will quickly be able to focus and disconnect from the intense INSEAD days.

· 1 month deposit is required upon booking
· For Summer or weekly rentals, the deposit required is based on lease length.
· Summer is High season - daily or weekly pricing differs from monthly pricing and is available upon request.
· Subletting is permitted for campus exchanges.
